“I started teaching Samara Yoga classes in Arabic in 2016 right after my basic training at Samadeva Free University in France, where I became the first Palestinian and Arab Samara Yoga instructor in the Middle East. My dream is to spread Samara Yoga and its wonderful spiritual philosophy throughout our Arab world.”

Samara Yoga is characterized by a set of slow and dynamic movements, sacred dances, meditation, attention and relaxation exercises, as Samara Yoga is considered a sweet and gentle practice that works simultaneously on the physical, psychological and spiritual levels.
