My Approach

On Christmas Eve 2006, my journey of self-discovery began when I was asked, “Who am I? What is my mission in life?” Despite its simplicity, I couldn’t answer. For the first time, I realized there was more to me than my name, family, address, and job title. This question ignited a passion and became my main motivator to explore who I am, my origins, my destiny, and existential questions about creation, God, life, death, and existence. I sought to understand my place in the vast cosmic chain and find answers that would bring peace and reassurance to my heart.

Nimala's journey of seeking answers led her to travel, explore, and engage in personal encounters with world-renowned spiritual teachers and coaches such as Master Thich Nhat Hanh, Sri Sri Ravi Shankar, Mariam Nour, and others. Her quest continued until she met the one she had been searching for: her spiritual teacher and sage, Idris Lahore. Without hesitation, she joined his school and immersed herself in his teachings on spirituality, humanities, psycho-anthropology, energy techniques, and healing tools, all aimed at enhancing the well-being of both the physical and spiritual self.
