Women Circelwork

Nimala began leading women’s circles after intensive training and foundational study of the CircleWork methodology under the guidance of its founder, Dr. Jalaja Bonheim, in New York, USA, in September 2009. Since then, she has led dozens of circles that have helped many women heal, change, and transform their lives positively.

Women’s circles are an evolutionary and enlightening approach created by the American doctor Jalaja Bonheim as an effective tool to help women liberate and heal from psychological traumas and emotional wounds, maintain inner balance to face daily challenges with confidence and resilience, and continue contributing to achieving peace in the world.

Women’s circles comprise various training patterns, such as guided meditation, storytelling, movement, music, sacred feminine dances, writing, practical exercises, and theoretical materials. They also embrace the deep participation of every woman in the circle's environment.

WOMEN CIRCLES

"My passion is working with women wherever they are and raising awareness of the importance of the journey of self-healing, which begins through participation in women’s circles. I believe that when women take the inner path toward themselves, they truly become the pillars of genuine change in society, leading it toward development, prosperity, and consciousness."

"In the Sacred Space of Healing Circles, Women Find Solace in Shared Stories, Strength in Collective Wisdom, and Renewal in the Gentle Embrace of Sisterhood."
